Congratulations to Quanzhou City Food Production Supervision Job Skills Training Event Successfully Held at Youchen

On the morning of 18 October 2019, the "Quanzhou City Food Production Supervision Job Skills Training Activity" hosted by Quanzhou Municipal Administration of Market Supervision was successfully held at Youchen. This training activity was led by Zhu Qingnan, head of the Food Production Supervision Section of Quanzhou City, and Lin Haihong, director of the Municipal Examination Centre, with the participation of 13 district (county) level bureau units (section chiefs and district (county) level business backbones), and Youchen Food was used as a model sample of food enterprise production specifications for this job skills training, so that district and county backbones could practically learn and interpret in the field how to inspect food production enterprises and the core points of inspection.

At the event, Section Chief Zhu Qingnan gave a brief explanation of the arrangement and purpose of the training activity. On behalf of Youchen, Liu Minghua, a representative of the company, also took the stage and warmly welcomed the training team. He also hoped that this training activity would provide valuable advice and suggestions to Youchen in various aspects of food production, R&D and safety and quality control.

Afterwards, Chen Tao, Assistant to the President, Liu Jiahui, Assistant to the Vice President, Wang Shuang Shuang, Quality Control Manager, and Hong Lifa, Manager of the R&D Centre, accompanied the training team to visit our production environment, and the site of warehouse management and central laboratory, and explained in detail our scientific and effective management system from safe production, warehouse management, internal inspection and public announcement of each process.

Zhu Qingnan and Lin Haihong also took our company as an example to explain the key points of food production enterprise inspection to the participating business cadres at the production site respectively, and suggested the participating cadres to promote our company's production process and safety control in strict accordance with the standard to all cities (districts) and counties.
