The iTi International Taste Medal is judged by a panel of over 200 chefs and master sommeliers from more than 20 countries, without knowing the name, brand or origin of the product. During the judging process, the wines were assessed and scored according to five sensory dimensions: first impression, sight, smell, taste and texture, making it clear that the awards are of high quality.

Since a few years ago, Wu Yunzhong, General Manager of Minzhong (Xiamen) Trading Co Ltd, has been cooperating with Youchen, but in his words, it was basically a "small-scale" cooperation.
